I received a surprise today. My good friend John Walden gave me a unique gift. He said that he’s been holding on to it for a while until he could give it to me. We have seen one another several times in the interim but he simply kept forgetting it. Today he pulled out what appeared to be a simple FairTax sign. Now I am a big proponent of the FairTax but I was wondering how John knew that. Well there was more to this gift than meets the eye.
He handed me the sign and drew my attention to a small bit of scrawling near the top and he said “And it’s signed by Chuck Norris.” Oh my gosh! I nearly had a fit. I am a huge fan of Chuck Norris. Not just because Walker: Texas Ranger is the best show ever but because I respect him for his conservative views. Back during the primaries Mike Huckabee visited Macon and Chuck Norris accompanied him. John was lucky enough to go and see Chuck and was able to stop him and get this autographed so that he could give it to me. Man! What a great friend! I just love it and I can’t wait to frame it and hang it in our living room.
By the way, how many Chuck Norrises does it take to screw in a lightbulb? None. Chuck Norris prefers to kill in the dark.

That is so awesome, Josh! Wow! John is definitely a great friend to get that for you.
Yeah, he definitely is.
What a guy!
As long as that hangs in your house, it will be protected by some pretty fortuitous chi. Kudos.
That is really awesome!
Wow. That is so cool!
Something doesn’t add up…
What kind of pen could withstand the mighty grip of Chuck Norris’ right hand?
What kind of sign is strong enough to withstand the mighty force of Chuck Norris pressing down to write on it?
How did John Walden survive an encounter with Chuck Norris without receiving a roundhouse kick the the face?
So many questions…
